盐胁迫下商洛丹参对外源钙的生理响应 被引量:4

摘要 研究了不同浓度(10、20、30、40、50 mmol/L) CaCl2对盐胁迫(100 mmol/L NaCl)下一年生丹参幼苗相关生理指标的影响。结果表明:与CK1(蒸馏水对照)相比,CK2(100 mmol/L NaCl对照)下丹参幼苗的各项生理指标均受到了显著影响;随着施用外源钙浓度的增加,丹参幼苗中CAT、POD活性,以及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素及Pro含量均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,而丙二醛含量呈先降低后升高的变化趋势;与CK2相比,在处理T3(30 mmol/L CaCl2+100 mmol/L NaCl)下,MDA含量下降了36.4%,CAT、POD活性以及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、Pro和叶绿素含量分别提高了65%、130%、98%、82%、75%和164%,差异显著(P<0.05)。可见,施用一定浓度的CaCl2能有效缓解盐胁迫对丹参幼苗生长发育的抑制作用,增强丹参的耐盐性。 The effects of different concentrations(10,20,30,40 and 50 mmol/L)of CaCl 2 on several physiological indexes of one-year-old Salvia miltiorrhiza seedlings under salt(100 mmol/L NaCl)stress were studied.The results showed that:in comparison with CK1(distilled water control),the various physiological indexes of S.miltiorrhiza seedlings were significantly affected by CK2(100 mmol/L NaCl control);when the concentration of applied exogenous calcium increased,the activities of CAT and POD,as well as the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,chlorophyll and Pro in S.miltiorrhiza seedlings all increased first and then decreased,while the content of MDA decreased first and then increased.In comparison with CK2,the treatment T3(30 mmol/L CaCl 2+100 mmol/L NaCl)significantly reduced the MDA content by 36.4%,significantly increased the activities of CAT and POD by 65%and 130%respectively,and significantly enhanced the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein,Pro and chlorophyll by 98%,82%,75%and 164%separately.Thus,applying a certain concentration of CaCl 2 could effectively alleviate the inhibitory effects of salt stress on the growth and development of S.miltiorrhiza seedlings,and enhance their tolerance to salt.
