Suitable Aging Reconstruction of Residential Areas in Wuhan Old Town Based on the Behavior Demand

研究立足于城市老城区的既有住区老年居民,通过调查问卷的方式了解他们对各种生活行为的满意度,再利用数理分析方法得到影响老年人生活满意度的主要因素。对应到该行为的发生空间,判断该空间是否存在弊端,从而指导城市老城区既有住区的适老化更新。

Based on the elderly residents of existing settlements in the city’s old town, we understand the satisfaction of their various life behaviors by means of questionnaires, and we obtain the main factors affecting the life satisfaction of the elderly by means of mathematical analysis. Then we correspond to the space in which the behavior occurs, to determine whether there are drawbacks in this space, so as to direct the renovation of city’s old town.
