引领明日治疗之路——美国杰克逊动物实验室考察研析与本土实践

Leading the Search for Tomorrow's Cures:Survey and Research of the Jackson Laboratory in the USA and Local Practice

通过对美国两家杰克逊动物实验室的考察,分析其设计理念、操作流程,可对我国高水平动物实验室的设计研究提供帮助。结合温州杰克逊动物实验室设计,充分运用类比对照、归纳总结的方法,检视国内外设计的异同,分析了干湿分区、模块化、灵活性等设计原则,讨论了借鉴国外有效经验并结合自身设计条件来完善此类设计的可行性与重要性。

Based on the survey of two Jackson animal laboratories in the USA,we analyze its design concept and its operation process,which can offer the help to the design and research of the high level animal laboratory in our country.Combining with the design of Wenzhou Jackson animal laboratory,using the methods of analogy,comparison,generalization and summary,we review the similarities and differences between domestic and foreign designs,then analyze the principles such as dry-wet separation,modularization,flexibility.Meanwhile,we discuss the feasibility and importance of using foreign experience for reference and combining with our own design conditions to optimize the designs.
