后三峡时代库区小城镇的发展特征与优化研究——基于昭君镇问卷访谈分析

The Development Characteristics and Optimization of Small Towns in the Reservoir Area in the Post-Three Gorges Era: Analysis of Questionnaire Interview Based on Zhaojun Town

后三峡时代库区小城镇发展特征的识别是认知城镇化状态、探析发展问题、优化发展方向的重要基础。基于问卷访谈对后三峡时代以来昭君镇在空间、经济、社会三个主要方面的发展特征进行总结,进而进行综合评价。结果显示:库区小城镇当下规划实施成效显著、产业发展逐渐明晰、生活水平明显提升。其中配套设施与居住环境最为重要,产业发展与就业机会效应初显,人口的可持续性存在严重风险。最后提出城镇空间精致化与景区化、积极培育特色与新兴产业以及持续加快推进城镇化的优化建议。

The identification of the development characteristics of small towns in the Post-Three Gorges era is an important basis for recognizing the state of urbanization,exploring development issues,and optimizing the development direction.Based on the questionnaire interviews,we summarize the development characteristics of Zhaojun town from the three main aspects:space,economy and society since the Three Gorges era,and then carry out the comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the current planning and implementation of small towns in the reservoir area has achieved remarkable results,the industry development has become clear,and the living standards have improved significantly.Among them,supporting facilities and living environment are the most important,and the effects of industrial development and employment opportunities are beginning to appear,and the sustainability of the population is seriously risky.Finally,we propose the urban space refinement and scenic area,actively cultivate the characteristics and emerging industries,and continuously accelerate the optimization of local urbanization.
