摘要
酿酒遗产是一类特殊的遗产类型,它既具有物质文化遗产的构成,又具有非物质文化遗产的特征,"共生性"是显著特性。该文以城固酒文化文旅小镇项目规划设计为例,探索基于"酒文化文旅小镇"这种特定的项目载体,进行酿酒遗产展示与利用的有效方式与途径,提出酿酒工艺与酿造场景、酿造体验与藏酒、酒文化展示、"酒"功能延展四个方面的内容构成。
Winemaking heritage is a s pecial type of heritage.It h as both material and c ultural h eritage and intangible c ultural h eritage,and"Symbiosis"is its distinguishing feature.Taking the planning a nd design of Chenggu wine cultural tourism town as a n example,we explore the specific project carrier based on"wine culture and cultural tourism town",and analyze the effective ways and means of displaying and utilizing the wine heritage.We also put forward the contents of winemaking process and brewing scene,brewing experience and Tibetan wine,wine culture display and"wine"function extension.
