Eag1基因在人宫颈良恶性病变组织中的表达及其意义

Expression and clinical significance of Ether à go-go1 in benign and malignant cervical lesion tissues

目的研究Etheràgo-go1(Eag1)基因在人良、恶性宫颈组织中的表达情况,初步探讨其表达水平与患者各种临床参数的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术分别检测了45例宫颈癌、30例宫颈上皮内瘤变和30例宫颈正常上皮组织中Eag1的表达水平,分析Eag1表达水平与不同程度的宫颈病变有无相关性;检测不同临床分期、不同分化程度宫颈癌组织中Eag1表达,并进行统计分析,找到其与临床病理分期、预后等的关联程度。结果 Eag1在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率为84. 7%,明显高于其在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中的阳性表达率(26. 7%),而Eag1在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中阳性表达率也明显高于其在宫颈正常上皮组织中的阳性表达率(6. 7%)。进一步的研究表明Eag1表达强度与宫颈癌的临床分期相关,即临床分期越高,Eag1的表达强度越高。结论 Eag1基因可能参与了宫颈癌发生、发展的过程并与疾病预后密切相关。

Objective To investigate the expression of Etheràgo-go 1(Eag1)in the benign and malignant cervical lesion tissues and to evaluate the relationship between Eag1 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of patients.Methods The expression level of Eag1 was detected in 45 cervical carcinoma tissues,30 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues and 30 normal epithelium tissues by immunohistochemical analysis.The relationship between Eag1 expression and different lesion tissues was analyzed.The relationships between Eag1 expression and clinicopathological parameters of cervical carcinoma patients were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Eag1 was higher in cervical carcinoma tissue(84.7%)than that in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue(26.7%),and the positive expression rate of Eag1 was higher in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissue than in normal epithelium tissue(6.7%).Moreover,the expression intensity of Eag1 was dependent on clinical stage in the cervical carcinoma specimens.The higher the clinical stage was,the stronger Eag1 expression intensity was.Conclusion Eag1 may play an important role in the development and prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
