Study on Medium and Small Coal-Fired Unit Replaced by Gas-Fired Unit in Shanghai

随着资源环境约束和压力的不断加大,我国如何促进能源发展和环境保护的融合已成为重要课题。为贯彻落实中央能源发展的宏观要求,上海正在全力打造自身清洁安全能源供应体系。电力作为重要的能源应用方式,与城市发展密切相关,其合理的供应体系是上海能源目标体系的重要组成部分。本文在对上海电源现状体系评估的基础上,通过政策解读和经验借鉴,研判上海电源未来发展的趋势方向。本文根据上海2035城市目标愿景的电力需求规模预测,从清洁低碳和城市规划视角出发,提出上海电源的发展策略和原则,优化上海电源的供应体系和格局,探讨上海电源的更新途径和方式,并结合GIS空间建模,对新增电源布点的空间适宜性进行评价,初步梳理筛选具备潜力的区域资源,为上海电源系统未来更新完善做好储备支撑。

With the increasing pressure on resources and environment,how to promote the integration of energy development and environmental protection has become an important issue of the country.In order to implement the macro energy requirements of central development,Shanghai is firmly building its own clean and safe energy supply system,and electricity as an important energy application method is closely related to urban development,and its reasonable supply system will be an important component of the Shanghai energy system target.Based on the currently evaluation of Shanghai's power supply system,this article judges the future direction of Shanghai power through policy interpretation and experience,and according to the forecast of electricity demand scale in the context of Shanghai 2035 city target vision,from the perspective of clean low carbon and urban planning,propose the development strategy and principles of Shanghai power,optimize the supply system and pattern of Shanghai power,explore the updating path and method of Shanghai power,and evaluating the spatial suitability of new power distribution points combine GIS space modeling,preliminary screening and screening of potential regional resources for the update and improvement of Shanghai power system.
