摘要 机组启、停是燃煤发电机组生产过程中能耗较高的特殊阶段,每次机组的启、停过程都需要消耗大量的油、电、水、煤。优化机组启、停过程对于机组节能降耗有着重要的意义。为最大限度降低机组启、停过程中的能源消耗,江苏华电扬州发电有限公司进行了积极探索,通过对系统进行升级改造,并在确保机组安全的情况下,对机组启、停过程中的各环节进行优化控制,达到了节能增效的目的。 Unit start-up and shutdown is a special stage of high energy consumption in the production process of coal-fired generating units.A large amount of oil,electricity,water and coal are consumed in the start-up and shutdown process of each unit.Optimizing the start-up and shutdown process of units is of vital significance for energy saving and consumption reduction of units.In order to minimize the energy consumption in the process of unit start-up and shutdown,Jiangsu Huadian Yangzhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.actively innovates its ideas,constantly upgrades and reforms the system,and optimizes the control of all links in the process of unit start-up and shutdown to ensure the safety of the unit,so as to achieve the goal of energy saving and efficiency.
