摘要 介绍竹荪含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类和粗脂肪等营养物质,具有降血压血脂、抗肿瘤、抑菌抗炎的生物学活性。总结其化学成分包括营养成分、挥发性成分等的研究现状;综述其药理作用包括降血压、血脂,抗肿瘤及免疫恢复,抑菌抗炎作用的研究进展。指出当下竹荪药理研究成果与成果转化之间还存在距离。 Dictyophora is a kind of mushroom which rich in nutrients,sweet flavor,unique flavor,with good health and medicinal value.It contains rich protein,amino acid,carbohydrate,crude fat content,and have many biological activities,such as anti-hypertension,reducing blood lipid,anti-tumor,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory.With the development and maturation of its production and cultivation techniques,its chemical constituents and pharmacological effects have become a research hotspot.The purpose of this paper is to expound the progress of chemical constituents and pharmacology of Dictyophora,the problems existing in the research of Dictyophora pharmacology and the transformation of science and technology achievements.
