摘要
为了改善水域漂浮垃圾带来的生态环境破坏、水质污染的现状,国内外开展了各种形式的清理和打捞。针对目前打捞方式的自动化程度低,监控状态不及时的现状,研制了一种新型的水面清洁监测系统。该系统通过收集装置对水上塑料垃圾等漂浮物进行收集,将收集数据传输,建立收集网络数据库系统,提供有效的收集流量监测数据,以地图形式直观展示,提供漂浮垃圾监测管理服务。应用该系统可减轻人工打捞劳动量,促进水域垃圾的控制和管理,从源头上解决海洋碎片垃圾问题。
In order to improve the situations of ecological environment damage and water pollution caused by floating litter in water area,various forms of cleaning and salvage were carried out at home and abroad.A new water surface cleaning and monitoring system was developed for the low automation degree of salvage mode and delayed state monitoring.The system can collect the floating litter such as plastic garbage by means of collecting device,and transmit the collected data.The collection network database system is set up to provide the effective collected flow monitoring data for visual display in the form of map,and provide the monitoring and management services of floating litter.The system can reduce the physical labor of cleaning workers,and promote the control and management of garbage in water area,and solve the problem from the source of marine debris.
