温度对油气管道外防腐层性能的影响规律研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用阴极剥离、剥离强度和附着力测试的方法研究了不同温度下防腐层的损伤规律,总结了3PE、FBE两种防腐层在不同温度下的性能影响规律。研究结果表明:在70℃下3PE的剥离强度降低38.7%,阴极剥离距离增长73.8%,而FBE的附着力也降低了34.1%。说明温度对防腐层的性能有明显的影响,即随着温度升高,防腐层的阴极剥离、剥离强度及附着力性能均发生明显降低,阴极剥离受温度影响也非常显著。 the cathodic disbanding test,peel strength test and adhesion test method,the coating performances of 3PE and FBE under different temperatures is summarized.The results show that the peel strength of 3PE is reduced by 38.7%under 70℃,the cathodic stripping distance increases by 73.8%,and the adhesion of FBE is reduced by 34.1%.The temperature has obvious influence on the performance of pipeline coating.The cathodic disbanding,the peeling strength and adhesion properties of the pipeline coating are significantly reduced with the temperatures rising,and the cathode stripping is significantly affected by the temperature.
