基于数值模拟的T型管道流场参数正交优化

摘要 合理的输送管道几何参数与油气物理性质的选取能够有效地增强油气在输送管道中的流动性。通过对T型管道的几何参数与油气的物理性质分析,选取管内径、进口油速、油温、输送距离为主要影响因素,提出了基于正交优化理论与数值模拟的T型管道流场参数优化的分析方法。仿真试验结果表明:T型管道内径为400 mm,油进口的速度为2.5 m/s,管道长度为1 000 mm,油的温度为344 K时,该油气管道具有最佳的流动性。这对石油管道中的油气输送管道参数选择和输送油气物理性质的控制提供了理论依据与方法参考。 The reasonable selection of pipeline geometric parameters and physical properties of oil and gas can effectively enhance the fluidity of oil and gas in the pipeline.Based on the analysis of geometric parameters and physical properties of oil and gas in T-type pipeline,the parameters of the main influencing factors such as pipe diameter,inlet oil velocity,oil temperature and transportation distance are selected.The orthogonal optimization theory and numerical simulation are put forward based on the analysis method of flow field parameters optimization of T-type pipeline.The simulation results show that the T-type pipeline has the best fluidity when the inner diameter is 400 mm,the velocity of oil inlet is2.5 m/s,the length of pipeline is1 000 mm,and the temperature of oil is 344 K,which provides a theoretical basis and reference for the selection of parameters and the control of the physical properties of the fluid pipeline in the oil pipeline.
