HAAKE RS6000流变仪的校准方法研究

摘要 针对RS6000流变仪在压裂液耐温耐剪切性能测试中遇到的温度控制不精确、剪切速率波动及粘度测量有偏差等问题,采用实验数据分析、测量单元测试原理分析及影响因素分析对RS6000流变仪测量过程中出现的上述问题进行了校准,实验结果显示温度误差在0~2.5℃之间,测量间隙Gap值在1~2.9 mm之间,受转子与轴承的磨阻影响的粘度值可采用"stationary flow curve (CS/CR-rotation step)"方法拟合参数a,b,c进行校正。校准后RS6000流变仪测量的数据稳定性得到明显改善。 The problems of temperature control imprecision,shear rate fluctuation and viscosity measurement deviation in the test of temperature and shear resistance are summarized.The above problems occurring in RS6000 rheometer measurement are calibrated by the experimental data analysis,measurement unit test principle analysis and influencing factor analysis.The experiment results show that the temperature error is between 0~2.5℃,the measuring Gap is between1~2.9 mm,and the viscosity values influencingby rotor and bearing friction can be used"stationary flow curve(CS/CR-rotation step)"method fitting parameters a,b,c.The data stability of RS6000 rheometer is significantly improved through the calibration,which provides some enlightenment and reference for the calibration of the rheometer.
