摘要
以载人航天器风险识别为牵引,以提高载人航天器安全性、可靠性为目标,提出了以固有可靠性设计和研制过程控制为手段降低风险。通过分析低轨航天器设计特点,识别了空间实验室的长寿命风险。建立了静态和动态相结合的二维风险识别方法,对空间实验室进行全过程、全系统、全要素、全寿命周期的风险分析。采用基于系统设计消除重要风险的技术方案,有效地阻断和降低了空间实验室的在轨风险,以实现空间实验室长期在轨安全稳定运行。
Taking the risk identification of manned spacecraft as a traction and aiming at improving the safety and reliability of manned spacecraft,the inherent reliability design and development process control are proposed in the paper to reduce the risk.By analyzing the design characteristics of LEO spacecraft,the long-life risks of space Lab are identified.A two-dimensional risk identification method by combining the static and dynamic situations is established to analyze the whole process,the whole system,the whole elements and the whole life cycle of the space lab.In order to realize long-term safe and stable operation of space lab on-orbit,a technical scheme based on system design to eliminate important risks is adopted to effectively block and reduce the on-orbit risks of space lab.
