航天产品技术状态控制研究与实践

Research and practice on the configuration control for aerospace products

针对技术状态控制中存在的控制对象不清晰、更改类别确定不准确、试验验证项目不适宜、更改落实不到位的问题,探讨和分析了3类技术状态基线的建立时机和范围,给出了生产基线的具体内容;阐述了技术状态更改类别的确认准则,并以电连接器为例给出了更改类别的确认实例;提出了更改落实到位的具体实践流程。

For the problems of unclear configuration items,inaccurate configuration change category,inappropriate experimentation verification item,inadequate configuration change implement in configuration controls,the establishing time and scope of three types of configuration baselines are discussed and analyzed,the specific contents of product baseline are given;Based on the proposed confirmation criteria of configuration change category,a case of confirmating configuration change category is provided by taking electrical connector as an example;Finally,a practice process of implementing configuration change adequately is proposed.
