环岛绿色交通体系规划方法研究

环岛型绿色交通是城市复杂地形交通中不可缺少的重要组成部位,是交通规划领域的一个重要部分。文章从环岛绿色交通体系规划理念出发,从整体交通和子系统规划宏观描述了体系的规划。详细分析了环岛地区的交通功能定位,岛外交通有日常通勤、过境交通、旅游交通的功能,岛内交通的通勤、休闲和赛事功能。运用针对环岛地区改进的四阶段法完成环岛的交通需求预测,以南京生态科技岛为例具体阐述预测方法的改进。

The green traffic on the roundabout is an important part in the complex terrain traffic of the city,and it is one of the important parts in the traffic planning field.Based on the concept of green traffic system planning,this paper describes the planning of the system from the overall traffic and subsystem planning.In this paper,the traffic function of the island area is analyzed in detail,and the external traffic has the functions of daily commuting,transit traffic,tourism transportation,commuting,leisure and tournament functions.Then using the four-stage method to improve the traffic demand of the roundabout,this paper expounds the improvement of the forecast method by taking the Nanjing Eco-tech Island as an example.
