射频仿真天线阵列钢结构支架的设计与分析

摘要 对某项目射频仿真天线阵列钢结构支架进行了设计,而后通过有限元专业软件对其进行了精准的数值建模,从结构设计理念、自振周期、应力比、位移等方面对钢结构支架进行了强度和变形分析。由分析结果可知:结构的第一阶自振周期为0.529 s,且模态变形为平动,整体稳定性良好。结构构件的最大应力比为0.75,绝大多数构件应力比控制不超过0.5;结构在竖向荷载作用下最大位移为2.63 mm,在地震作用下的最大水平位移为跨度的1/150,均小于规范要求,满足设计要求,结构设计合理。 The structural design of steel support used for a radio-frequency simulation antenna array is carried out and the precise numerical model is established by the finite element software in this paper.The structural strength and deformation of steel support are analyzed from the aspects of structural design concept,natural vibration period,stress ratio and displacement.The analysis results show that the first order natural vibration period of this structure is 0.529s,the modal deformation is translational,and the overall stability is good.The maximum stress ratio of structural members is 0.75 and the stress ratios of most structural members are controlled by less than 0.5.The maximum displacement of this structure under vertical load is 2.63mm and the maximum horizontal displacement under seismic action is 1/150 of the span.Both of them are less than those given in the corresponding standard requirements.The design requirements are met and the structural design is reasonable.
