摘要
目前通信塔主要为钢结构,为分析铝合金在通信塔中的应用,选用6082-T6铝材进行材性试验,确定材料强度,结合现有工程实际,运用SAP2000有限元软件建模分析对比铝材通信塔和钢结构通信塔,分析铝材通信塔受力特点;同时对铝材通信塔进行市场应用分析。分析结果表明:6082-T6铝材弹性模量为钢材的1/3,材料强度略低于Q345钢材;满足通信塔结构设计要求的前提下,铝合金塔的自重轻,塔顶位移小,便于施工安装;对铝合金塔进行市场应用分析,得到铝合金在通信塔市场的应用优势,为铝合金塔的应用提供了数据参考。
At present,the communication tower is mainly steel structure.In order to analyze the application of aluminum alloy in the communication tower,6082-T6 aluminum material is selected for material property test to determine the material strength.Combining with the existing engineering practice,the finite element software SAP2000 is used to model and analyze the aluminum communication tower and the steel structure communication tower,and the stress characteristics of the aluminum communication tower are analyzed.At the same time,the market analysis of aluminum communication tower is carried out.The results show that the elastic modulus of 6082-T6 aluminum material is 1/3 of steel,and the material strength is slightly lower than that of Q345 steel;the aluminum alloy tower has light weight,small top displacement,and is easy to construct and install under the premise of meeting the structural design requirements of the communication tower;the aluminum alloy tower market application analysis is carried out to get the application of aluminum alloy in the communication tower market.The advantages provide data reference for the application of aluminum alloy tower.
