美国与芬兰师范生教育实践模式的异同及启示 被引量:7

摘要 教师教育决定一个国家教师的质量。提高教育实践质量成为提高师范生培养质量的突破口。美国的临床实践型教师教育模式与芬兰的研究型教师教育模式各有所长,都值得借鉴。"教育科学研究方法"应纳入师范生本科必修课程;师范院校应发挥附属学校优势,与地方教育行政机构及中小学建立协同育人机制,开辟私立学校作为师范生的教育实践基地;建立实践指导教师激励机制;制定程度逐渐加深的教育见习任务,保证教学实习质量。
