摘要
本文针对吸油烟机的风道系统进行声场声强的模拟分析研究,根据模拟分析研究结果,使用激光切割工艺对蜗壳进行围板微穿孔处理并包覆双组份吸音棉进行风道系统的降噪,在此基础上,确定穿孔工艺与吸音棉的最佳参数。最终通过对实验所得的数据进行分析,结果表明,当蜗壳穿孔率为0.785%,也即是蜗壳穿孔孔径大小为1 mm,孔距大小为10 mm的时候,使用该风道系统的吸油烟机噪声较原始值下降3.1 dBA,空气性能基本保持不变。
The sound field intensity simulation of the air duct system of range hood was analyzed and researched.Based on simulation results,a laser cutting technology was used to get perforation volute casing.For further noise reduction,a special sound-absorbing cotton was coated on the coaming of volute casing.Based on mentioned above,the optical parameter of punching rate and sound-absorbing cotton was confirmed.What could be concluded from the testing results was that when volute casing punching rate is 0.785%(bore diameter is 1 mm and bore distance is 10 mm),the range hood noise with this air duct could be reduced 3.1 dBA compared with the original value,meanwhile air performance retained stable.
