A Study on the Transformation and Upgrading Strategies of Modern Railway Logistics Bases

在智慧物流时代,适应智慧物流发展趋势,加快铁路精品货场向现代物流基地转型尤为重要。为建成高水平铁路物流基地,提升我国铁路物流节点组织效能和服务水平,概述我国铁路物流基地发展现状,分析我国铁路物流基地在对接本地经济、配套服务、软硬件设施设备及供应链整合能力等方面存在的问题,从智慧化、无人化、协同化、多元化等方面探讨我国铁路物流基地发展趋势,提出深化路地衔接、创新发展模式、布局智慧物流、增强横向协作等推进我国铁路物流基地转型升级的对策,推动传统铁路顺应国家产业结构调整升级,满足日益多样化的市场需求。

It is vital to accelerate transformation of railway boutique freight yards into modern logistics bases through following the trend in the smart logistics era.To facilitate the development of high-level railway logistics bases and improve the efficiency and quality of railway logistics services in China,based on an overview of development of the railway logistics bases,this paper analyzes the existing problems from the aspects of integration with the local economic growth,supporting service,soft and hard facilities and supply chain integration while predicting the trend of the intelligent,unmanned,collaborative and diversified development of China’s railway logistics bases.To meet the increasing diversified market needs through facilitating restructuring and upgrading of the traditional railway industry,this paper puts forward the strategies:strengthening connection between the railway sector and local economy,innovating the development pattern,designing an overall arrangement of intelligent logistics and enhancing the horizontal collaboration.
