蚌埠货运站集装箱甩挂运输的组织模式研究

A Study on the Organization Pattern of Container Transportation with Dumping Trailer at the Bengbu Railway Freight Station

集装箱甩挂运输作为一种先进的运输组织方式,因具有节约资源、降低成本等特点,在国外多式联运中被广泛采用。蚌埠货运站作为皖北地区最大的集装箱货运站,同时也是皖北地区首座无水港,集装箱运输特别是海铁联运集装箱增量明显。为了提高货运站运输效率,满足集装箱增量需求,在阐述集装箱甩挂运输及蚌埠货运站集装箱运输现状的基础上,分析蚌埠货运站集装箱运输组织方式存在的问题,提出在蚌埠货运站开展集装箱甩挂运输的组织模式,以及掌握货源分布情况、合理规划短驳路线、研发配套信息系统、增加移动装箱设施等相应对策,以促进铁路集装箱多式联运运量提升。

With its merits of resource-conserving and low-costs,container transportation with dumping trailer,an advanced transport means,has been widely utilized abroad.The volume of container transportation especially in the sea-rail intermodal pattern is increasing markedly at Bengbu Railway Freight Station,the biggest container freight station as well as the first dry port in northern Anhui Province.To meet the demand for container transportation with increased efficiency,based on the overview of container transportation with dumping trailer and the current development of container transportation at Bengbu Station,focusing on an analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward a proper organization pattern of container transportation with dumping trailer at Bengbu Station.To facilitate rapid volume increase,this paper also proposes the supporting strategies:pursuing full knowledge on distribution of prospective clients,planning reasonable shuttle transport routes,developing the supporting information system and equipping with mobile encasement devices.
