摘要
增压器噪声是发动机和整车的主要噪声源,通过对发动机噪声信号的分析从而确定了异响产生的原因为增压器涡轮BPF噪声。通过改进涡轮舌尖结构,改变流场声压分布,降低蜗壳舌尖处的声压变化量来降低对叶片的激励,从而降低增压器的BPF噪声。
The noise of supercharger is the main noise source of engines or vhicles. The reason of uncommomn noise of one engine was determined by analyzing the signal of noise. With the improvement of structure of tubine tongue, distribution of pressure field was changed so that the motivation of blade was recuced. In the end, the BPF noise was recduced.
