摘要
柴油机进气歧管的设计直接关系着每个气缸的进气能力,所以对进气歧管进气均匀性分析是发动机开发过程必经的一个过程。我们利用CFD软件对某款柴油机箱式进气歧管进气均匀性进行了流场分析,评估进气歧管设计的合理性。同时根据分析结果,对进气歧管进行优化设计,最终改善了此款柴油机的进气均匀性,提升了发动机的性能。
The design of the diesel engine intake manifold,is directly related to the intake capacity of each cylinder.So intake manifold uniformity analysis is a necessary process for engine development This paper uses CFD software to analyze the flow field uniformity of a diesel engine intake manifold,and to evaluate the rationality of the design.Then according to the analysis results,the intake manifold is optimized,which finally improves the intake uniformity and improves the performance of the engine.
