摘要
ME型电控低速柴油机通过液压系统控制喷油正时和进排气阀启闭,因而液压系统的性能对ME型低速柴油机整机性能有非常重要的影响。作为低速柴油机液压系统的核心部件,膜式蓄压器的主要作用是在燃油喷射和排气阀打开的时候,在极短的时间内提供较大的液压油流量,从而保持系统工作压力稳定。我们以低速柴油机液压系统为研究对象,首先分析了其结构组成和工作原理,其次基于AMESim平台对低速机液压系统及其部件进行了建模,并对其进行了仿真分析,最后,研究了膜式蓄压器对低速机液压系统的影响。
The driving membrane accumulator is one of core components of hydraulic system for ME low speed diesel engine. It plays an important role in keeping steady system pressure, reducing system pressure fluctuation and impact, vibration and noise as well as increasing the service life. In this paper, membrane accumulator was chosen as research object. The working process of membrane accumulator was first analyzed. Then, the model of membrane accumulator was established according to mechanical equation. At the same time, working parameters of membrane accumulator were analyzed and investigated. Finally, simulation analysis was carried out based on AMESim and Simulink, respectively. The simulation analysis results using AMESim and Simulink are approximately consistent. It shows that simulation analysis models and results are rational. In view of same simulation analysis results obtained using two kinds of analysis software, in consideration of the convenience of AMESim, AMESim was used to analyze the effect of key parameters on system performance.
