婴幼儿喘息性疾病的潮气呼吸肺功能检测意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨婴幼儿喘息性疾病的潮气呼吸肺功能检测意义。方法回顾性分析2017年1—12月收治的100例喘息性疾病、普通非喘息性呼吸道感染患儿的临床资料,将其中50例喘息性呼吸道疾病患儿设为喘息组,50例普通非喘息性呼吸道感染肺炎患儿设为肺炎组。入选患儿均测定潮气呼吸肺功能,观察单位质量内潮气量(TV)、呼吸频率(RR)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/Te)、达峰容积比(VPTEF/Ve)。结果治疗前,喘息组RR、TPTEF/Te、VPTEF/Ve低于肺炎组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组TV比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。肺炎组治疗后RR高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);肺炎组治疗前后TV、TPTEF/Te、VPTEF/Ve比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。喘息组治疗后TV、TPTEF/Te、VPTEF/Ve高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);喘息组治疗前后RR比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论检测潮气呼吸肺功能可间接评估喘息性疾病患儿生理病理特征,并可对临床诊断及治疗提供确切指导。
