温度计的设计与制作

摘要 选用了成本低、体积小的MF52型NTC陶瓷热敏电阻作为感温元件,利用九孔电路板作为实验底板,组装元器件便于更换的线性温度计。介绍了非平衡电桥测温原理、提出了测温元件的选择方法、给出了温度计参数设计实例、并完成了仪器的安装和实验验证。在测温范围20~70℃内,通过合理的参数设计,使得微安表的示数近似与温度成线性关系,因此可以作为电子温度计使用。 A linear thermometer system is designed and constructed,and the components of which are convenient to replace.The system selects NTC ceramic thermistor type MF52 as the temperature-sensing element,and nine-hole circuit board as the base plate.Temperature-measuring principle based on non-balanced electric bridge is introduced in detail.It gives the selection methods of temperature-measuring element,shows the design example of thermometric parameter,finishes the installation of the experimental instrument,and provides the reliable experimental data.In the range of 20~70℃,by setting reasonable experimental parameters,the readings of micro-amperemeter keep a linear relation with the temperature,which indicates that this system can be used as an electric thermometer.This experiment possesses strong operability,which is beneficial for the students to cultivate their practice ability and independent innovation ability,and offers a set of feasible equipment and design consideration for the learning independent experiment in college physics teaching.
