基于导师工作室的工程管理专业创新创业教育

Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Engineering Management Major based on Mentor's Workshop

为了满足建筑业在转型升级过程中对工程管理专业毕业生提出的新要求,建立了导师工作室。利用专业教师对课程体系的了解,针对工程管理专业创新创业教育存在的问题,建立科学的培养方案,将创新创业教育与工程管理专业教育相融合,选拔优秀学生进入大学生创新实践基地等,有效提高工程管理专业创新创业教育水平,培养出适合市场需求的工程管理专业人才。

In order to meet the new requirements on engineering management graduates put forward by the construction industry in the process of transformation and upgrading,mentor’s workshops are established,which use professional teachers,knowledge of the curriculum system to solve the engineering management innovation and entrepreneurship education problems.Mentor’s workshops improve engineering management professional innovation and entrepreneurship education level effectively and cultivate engineering management professionals suitable for the market demand through the establishment of scientific training programs,integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with engineering management education and select outstanding students to enter the innovation practice base of college students.
