S-Endoglin与VEGF-C检测联合磁共振成像在胰腺癌诊断中的价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨血清中可溶性Endoglin(s-Endoglin)与血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)检测联合磁共振成像(MRI)在胰腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:2017年1月—2018年1月,经手术病理证实的胰腺癌患者34列(研究组),同期健康者40例(对照组),测定受试者血清中s-Endoglin与VEGF-C水平,并行常规MRI、磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)扫描检查,分析s-Endoglin与VEGF-C检测联合MRI检查对胰腺癌的诊断效能。结果:研究组病灶呈长T1、长T2信号,DWI图呈明显高信号影,ADC图上均为低信号影,平均ADC值为(1.65±0.38)×10^(-3)mm^2/s;血清s-Endoglin与VEGF-C水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);以病理学检查为胰腺癌诊断的金标准,s-Endoglin+VEGF-C+MRI联合诊断的ROC曲线下面积显著高于s-Endoglin+MRI、VEGF-C+MRI(P<0.05),准确度较高。结论:s-Endoglin与VEGF-C检测联合磁共振成像可提高胰腺癌诊断的准确性,在胰腺癌早期诊断中具有重要价值。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of s-Endoglin,VEGF-C detection and MRI in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods:34 pancreatic cancer patients confirmed by pathology from January 2017 to January 2018 were collected as the research group,40 healthy subjects from the physical examination center in the same periods were selected as the control group.Blood samples were collected,and the level of s-Endoglin and VEGF-C were measured,and the routine MRI,magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)scans were performed.Analysis of the diag nostic efficacy of s-Endoglin and VEGF-C combined with MRI in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer was analyzed.Results:in the conventional MRI examination,the research group showed long T1and long T2 signal intensity;The DWI image showed hyper-intensity,ADC image showed low signal intensity,the ADC value was(1.65±0.38)×10^-3 mm^2/s.The serum levels of s-Endoglin and VEGF-C in research group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Pathological examination was chosed as the gold standard test results,the area under the ROC curve of s-Endoglin+VEGF-C+MRI was significantly higher than s-Endoglin+MRI and VEGF-C+MRI(P<0.05).The s-Endoglin+VEGF-C+MRI diagnosis had high accuracy.Conclusion:Combined magnetic resonance imaging with s-Endoglin and VEGF-C can improve the accuracy of pancreatic cancer diagnosis and is of great value in early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
