摘要
随着机器人产业的蓬勃发展,工业机器人技术专业人才需求出现缺口。文章在工业机器人行业企业人才需求调研基础上,分析工业机器人技术专业人才结构和职业能力,并对工业机器人技术专业人才培养提出建议。
The demand for industrial robot technology graduates is increasing as China's robot industry has been developing fast in recent years.Based on an investigation of the industry's demand for industrial robot technology workers,this paper analyzes the personnel structure and their professional ability,and gives suggestions for training students.
