摘要
全程跟踪带钢加工过程,结合扫描电镜检验和金相显微分析方法,分析弹簧钢原料冷轧加工过程中,在带钢表面靠近边部的位置产生翘皮缺陷的原因,判断出缺陷产生在冷轧环节,造成该缺陷的原因是轧辊温度过高使润滑剂失效,轧辊和带钢粘连,带钢在脱离轧辊后粘结部位发生撕裂。在滴油轧制改为乳化液轧制方式后,缺陷情况得到明显改善。
Tracking the whole process of strip processing,combined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and microstructure analysis,the causes of warping defects on the strip surface near the edge during cold rolling of spring steel raw materials were analyzed.It is judged that the defect occurs in the cold rolling process.The reason for the defect is that the high temperature of the roll causes the failure of lubricant,the adhesion between the roll and the strip,and the tearing of the strip at the bonding position after the strip is separated from the roll.The defect situation was obviously improved after oil drop rolling was changed to emulsified rolling.
