摘要
低碳钢盘条表面氧化铁皮的质量是影响产品拉拔前除鳞效果的主要因素之一,通过采用扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析(EDS)等方法对不同的盘条表面氧化铁皮组成成分、相对质量分数及分布特征进行对比分析。结果表明,两种工艺下的低碳钢盘条表面氧化铁皮结构均由FeO、Fe2O3和Fe3O4组成,但氧化铁皮的厚度和各组成成分的具体质量分数有较大差异。通过分析,明确轧制过程中控制氧化铁皮质量的关键是采用合理的吐丝温度及轧后冷却工艺,使盘条表面氧化铁皮质量满足客户生产的需要。
The quality of oxide scale on low carbon steel wire rod surface is one of the main factors affecting the descaling effect before drawing.By means of SEM and EDS,the composition,relative mass fraction and distribution characteristics of iron oxide scale on the surface of different wire rods were compared and analyzed.The results show that the iron oxide scale structure on low carbon steel wire rod surface under two processes is composed of FeO,Fe203 and Fe304,but the thickness of iron oxide scale and the specific mass fraction of each component are quite different.Through analysis,it is clear that the direction of controlling the quality of iron oxide scale in rolling process is to adopt reasonable laying temperature and cooling process after rolling,so that the quality of iron oxide scale on wire rod surface can meet the requirements of customers.
