摘要
心肺音侦听是一种极为常见的辅助诊疗手段,但传统听诊器存在诸多局限。为了便于心肺音信号的采集、存储、重放以及二次分析,设计了一种高灵敏度、高信噪比、宽频带的电子听诊器。该系统有效地规避了驻极体电子听诊器与传统物理听诊器信噪比低,受环境因素影响较大的缺点,可以实现声音录制、重放及数据分析等,为远程医疗、大数据病理分析等提供了支持。
Cardiopulmonary sound monitoring is a very common universal auxiliary method used for medical diagnosis and treatment,but traditional stethoscopes have many disadvantages.In order to facilitate the acquisition,storage,replay and secondary analysis of heart-lung sound signals,an electronic stethoscope is proposed,which owns high-sensitivity,high-signal-to-noise ratio and wide band.This system can effectively avoid the disadvantages of the electret electronic stethoscope and the traditional physical stethoscope,such as the low signal-to-noise ratio and environmentally sensitivity.It can realize different functions of sound recording,sound playback,and data analysis and will provide strong support for telemedicine,big data pathological analysis.
