U型混凝土渠槽预制构件试验与标准研究

Study on quality inspection methods and standards for precast components of U shaped concrete trench

通过对U型混凝土渠槽预制构件进行试验,分析构件所用混凝土的强度标准值,发现目前各厂家生产的U型混凝土渠槽预制构件存在质量问题,难以达到生产构建承载力的要求,针对混凝土渠槽预制构件的受力机理、施工技术及检测技术进行研究,提出了一种小型农田水利沟渠的混凝土渠槽预制件质量评定标准。

By U-shaped concrete drainage trough prefabricated to test and analysis of the components of the concrete used strength standard values,found that different manufacturer production of U-shaped concrete drainage trough prefabricated parts quality problems,to meet the production requirements of the bearing capacity of building for the stress of the concrete drainage trough prefabricated mechanism,construction technology and testing technology research,put forward a kind of small irrigation and water conservancy ditch drainage trough casting of concrete quality evaluation standards.
