Design of Smart Drive for Heavy-duty Gas Engine Injection System

摘要 为满足大功率气体发动机喷气电磁阀驱动要求,基于MC33816研发了一套电磁阀智能控制系统。设计了microcomputer(MCU)最小系统电路、喷气驱动电路,并编写了相应的驱动程序。系统采用三阶式电流驱动,通过ASA-33816-STD仿真及电磁阀开闭测试,获得了一组最优参数,1阶段驱动电流为20.3 A,2阶段驱动电流为13 A,保持电流为5 A;通过最小激励测试,确定了电磁阀完全开启耗时为1.2 ms;通过耐久温升测试,验证了系统工作的稳定性,且系统工作最高温度仅47℃。实验证明,该驱动模块能够很好地满足工程中的实际应用。 To satisfy the requirement of solenoid valve drive in heavy-duty gas engine,a set of intelligent control system of solenoid valve was designed based on MC33816.The minimum system circuit of MCU and gas injection drive circuit were designed.Besides,the appropriate drives were written.This system adopted the method of three-stage current drive.Through ASA-33816-STD simulation along with the opening and closing experiments of solenoid valve,a group of optimal parameters were obtained.The driving current of the first stage is 20.3 A,the current of the second stage is 13 A,and the holding current is 5 A.Through the minimum incentive test,the total opening time of the solenoid valve is 1.2 ms,and the stability of the system is verified by the test of durable temperature rise,and the maximum operating temperature of the system is 47℃.The experimental results show that the driving module can meet the requirement of practical application in engineering.
