In the actual construction process,it is very important to carry out the dynamic control of the engineering cost of the construction project.Therefore,it is necessary for all parties to strictly control the construction cost,so as to ensure that the construction cost is within the scope of the construction budget.This paper firstly discusses the current situation of cost control in construction enterprises,and mainly analyzes the construction process cost control measures.It is hoped that this can provide some reference for the engineering cost management personnel.
