The paper introduces the development of new chemical substance management and EHS management at home and abroad,and analyzes the relationship between them.It also expounds the important significance of new chemical substance declaration to enterprise EHS management in China.Starting from the actual national conditions,it is proposed that the declaration of new chemical substances should be paid enough attention to and refer to the mature experience of foreign countries.From the point of view of the importance of the declaration of new chemical substances to enterprise EHS management,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the declaration of new chemical substances in China.
