State-owned enterprises are an important part of the national governance system.It is the general requirement of Party building in the new era to strictly govern the Party in an all-round way and adhere to its leadership over state-owned enterprises.However,with the continuous development change of the times and the rapid development of foreign-funded enterprises,state-owned enterprises must face up to difficulties,identify challenges and formulate corresponding strategies if they want to strengthen the construction of the Party and give full play to the core role of leadership.
