综合病例下站点式考核模式在ICU新护士培训中的应用

Application of comprehensive site based nursing examination mode in training of new nurses in ICU

目的探讨ICU新护士采用综合病例下站点式考核模式后护理能力的改变情况。方法将2017年3月至2018年3月来本院ICU进行新护士培训的40例随机分成实验组和对照组各20例,实验组采用综合病例下站点式考核模式培训,对照组采用传统考核模式培训,对比两组新护士的ICU护理考核评分情况以及护理满意度情况。结果实验组ICU新护士专科护理、基础护理、安全管理、护理文件书写、交接班准确率、应急处理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组新护士对综合病例下站点式考核模式的总满意率95.0%,高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合病例下站点式考核模式能够提高ICU新护士的整体护理能力、临床抢救配合能力以及理论考核和操作考核的成绩,改善新护士对考核方式满意情况,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the changes of nursing ability of new nurses in ICU after adopting the comprehensive site based nursing examination mode.Methods A total of 40 new nurses for ICU training in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Experiment group was trained by the comprehensive site based nursing examination mode and control group was trained by traditional assessment mode.The scores of ICU nursing assessment and nursing satisfaction of two groups of new nurses were compared.Results The scores of specialist nursing,basic nursing,safety management,nursing document writing,accuracy of shift handover and emergency treatment for new nurses in ICU in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of experimental group with the site-based assessment model of comprehensive cases was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive site based site assessment mode can improve the overall nursing ability,clinical rescue cooperation ability and the results of the oretical assessment and operational assessment of new nurses in ICU nurses and also can improve the satisfaction of new nurses towards assessment mode,which is suitable for further clinical application.
