参芪扶正注射液对晚期胃癌化疗患者免疫功能和生存质量的影响

Effect of Shenqifuzheng injection on immune function and survival quality in advanced gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy

目的观察参芪扶正注射液对晚期胃癌化疗患者免疫功能和生存质量的影响。方法选择2017年1月至12月本院治疗的晚期胃癌患者124例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各62例。对照组给予奥沙利铂、卡培他滨治疗,观察组加用参芪扶正注射液治疗。观察两组治疗效果、治疗前后免疫功能及生存质量、不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率(77.42%)较高,胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、手足综合征发生率(19.35%、8.06%、9.68%)较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组CD4+、CD8+、生存质量调查量表(SF-36)评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后较对照组相比,观察组CD4+(30.58±2.49)%、CD8+(24.64±2.84)%、SF-36评分(71.54±10.38)分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期胃癌化疗患者应用参芪扶正注射液治疗效果确切且不良反应少,利于增强患者免疫功能,提升生存质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Shenqifuzheng injection on immune function and survival quality in advanced gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods A total of 124 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in the hospital from January to December 2017 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 62 cases in each group.Control group was given oxaliplatin and capecitabine,while observation group was treated with Shenqifuzheng injection based on control group.The curative effects,immune function and survival quality before and after treatment,adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results Compared with control group,the total effective rate of observation group(77.42%)was higher,while the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction,bone marrow suppression,hand-foot syndrome in observation group(19.35%,8.06%,9.68%)were lower(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in the CD4+,CD8+,36-item shortform health survey questionnaire(SF-36)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CD4+,CD8+,SF-36 score in observation group[(30.58±2.49)%,(24.64±2.84)%,(71.54±10.38)points]were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection in treatment of advanced gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy is effective with less adverse reactions.It can enhance immune function and increase survival quality.
