摘要
目的探讨束带强化核心稳定性训练对痉挛性脑瘫患儿平衡及运动功能的影响。方法收集在本院治疗的痉挛性脑瘫患儿93例,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,对照组46例采用核心稳定性训练,强化组47例采用束带强化核心稳定性训练,对比两组患儿经过训练后的平衡及粗大运动功能的改善情况。结果强化组治疗后Berg平衡量表(BBS)、粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM-88)、功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);强化组患儿腹外斜肌肌力Ⅲ~Ⅴ级百分比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论束带强化核心稳定性训练可提高痉挛性脑瘫患儿的平衡及粗大运动功能,增强核心肌群力量及功能独立性。
Objective To investigate the effect of band-enhanced core stability training on balance and motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 93 children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the treatment.Among them,46 patients in the control group were trained with core stability,and 47 in the intensive group were trained with harness strengthening core stability.The balance function and the gross motor function were compared between the two groups.Results The Berg Balance Scale(BBS),Gross Motor Function Rating Scale(GMFM-88)and Functional Independence Rating Scale(WeeFIM)scores in the intensive group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The percentage of exoskeleton muscle strength III-V was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Band-enhanced core stability training can improve the balance and gross motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy,and enhance the strength and functional independence of core muscle groups.
