A Discussion on Practical Innovation Ability Training Mode of Master of Professional Degree

提高研究生培养质量是高等教育内涵式发展的主题,其关键在于培养方式的改革。文章借鉴国内外高校专业学位研究生培养的有效经验,结合杭州电子科技大学工程硕士培养的学科特点和实际情况,探索以"科研-实践-竞赛-创新"为主线的工程硕士有效培养模式。该培养模式在竞赛成果、就业质量上取得了双丰收,其示范效应有力推动了研究生培养模式的改革,为全国专业学位研究生培养改革提供一种可借鉴途径。

How to improve the quality of graduate education is the dominant task of the connotative development of Higher Education,and the key lies in the reform of training methods.Learning from the effective experiences of masters of professional degree training at home and abroad,and combining with the discipline characteristics and actual situation of Engineering Master Training in Hangzhou Dianzi university,this paper explores the effective graduate education innovation practical training mode of Engineering Master with“research-practice-competition-innovation”,which achieves a double harvests in their competition and the employment quality.Its demonstration effect has strongly promoted the reform of graduate innovation practical training mode,and it provides a reference for master of professional degree training in China.
