老龄化社会背景下老年生涯规划研究

Research on Career Planning for the Elderly under the Background of Aging Society

随着社会的发展,我国已经进入人口老龄化阶段。因此,通过老年生涯规划来促进老年人成功老化、提升老年人幸福感,是老年生涯规划研究的重点。基于老年生涯规划的国家、社会及个人需要分析了老年生涯规划的影响因素,如个体和环境等,认为学习、深度休闲活动、重新工作、家庭生活、社会交往是老年生涯规划的主要内容,并对老年生涯规划的发展及研究方向进行了展望。

With the development of society,China has entered the stage of aging population.Career planning for the elderly to promote the successful aging of the elderly and enhance their well-being is the keynote of career planning for the elderly.Based on the national,social and personal needs of the elderly career planning,this paper analyses the influencing factors of the elderly career planning,such as individual and environment.It considers that learning,deep leisure activities,re-work,family life and social interaction are the main contents of the elderly career planning,and it should also looks forward to the development and research direction of the elderly career planning.
