摘要
目的:为更好地培养老年护理专业护生,2015至2016年对我校老年护理方向专业的护理综合实训课程进行改革、实施和评价。方法:以2014级老年护理方向专业护生为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,采用小组为单位的情景模拟进行授课,评价护生授课前后老年护理核心能力变化,并收集学生对新构建课程的反馈。结果:授课后2组护生的核心能力总得分差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 7个维度中评判性思维和科研能力、人际关系、个人专业发展和教育指导能力4个维度得分差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);学生反馈肯定课程的必要性和内容的有效性,但是认为教学时数偏少、学习资料提供途径不够多样化。结论:新构建的课程更能够凸显老年护理岗位方向能力,体现老年护理的特点,但是在教学案例选择、学时和教材建设上还需要进一步完善。
[Objective]To improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students,the existing nursing comprehensive training courses for the elderly nursing direction in our university were reformed from 2015 to 2016,and the implementation and evaluation were carried out.[Method]Students were randomly divided into the test group and the control group,collect the students'feedback on the new curriculum.[Result]The total score of the two groups of nursing students after the intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the critical thinking and scientific research ability,interpersonal relationship,and one of the seven dimensions were in 7 dimensions.The scores of 4 dimensions of professional development and educational guidance were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between 3 dimensions of clinical nursing ability,leadership ability and legal and ethical quality(P>0.05).The students affirmed the necessity of the course and the validity of the content,but thought that the teaching hours were too small and the way of providing learning materials was not diversified.[Conclusion]The new curriculum can highlight the direction ability of the elderly nursing post and embody the characteristics of the elderly nursing,but it is still needed in the selection of teaching cases,school hours and the construction of teaching materials.It should be further improved.
