逍遥散加减对照阿立哌唑治疗抗精神病药所致高泌乳素血症的临床分析

Clinical Research on Treatment of Antipsychotic Drugs Induced Hyperprolactinemia by Xiaoyao Powder and Aripiprazole

目的:比较逍遥散加减与阿立哌唑在抗精神病药所致高泌乳素血症治疗中的临床使用价值和安全性。方法:将在本院接受治疗的156例因服用抗精神病药导致高泌乳素血症的精神分裂症患者分成逍遥散加减组(80例)和阿立哌唑组(76例),疗程8周。疗程开始、4周、8周测定血清泌乳素,评定阳性和阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)及治疗中出现的副反应量表(TESS)。结果:2组药物均能够降低泌乳素水平,在治疗前、治疗4周、治疗8周时,2组患者泌乳素降低水平没有差异(P> 0. 05); 2组药物均不影响原药物治疗效果,在治疗前、治疗4周、治疗8周时,治疗效果、治疗有效率与不良反应发生率均无差异(P> 0. 05)。结论:逍遥散治疗抗精神病药所致高泌乳素血症与阿立哌唑具有相似的治疗效果,不良反应率均较轻微,值得临床推广应用。

[Objective]To analyze and compare the clinical value and safety of XiaoYaoSan in addition to Aripiprazole in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia caused by antipsychotics.[Method]156 patients with schizophrenia who were treated with antipsychotics for hyperprolactinemia were divided into Xiaoyao Sanxiao group(80 cases)and aripiprazole group(76 cases)with 8 weeks’treatment.The serum prolactin levels were measured at the beginning of the treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.At the same time,the positive and negative symptom rating scale(PANSS)and the side effects scale(TESS)were measured.[Result]The levels of prolactin were reduced in both groups.There was no significant difference in the level of prolactin reduction in the two groups after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).The two groups were no significant rate of treatment and adverse reactions at the begin of treatment,4 weeks,and 8 weeks after treatment(P>0.05).[Conclusion]XiaoyaoSan Powder has a similar therapeutic effect on the treatment of hyperprolactinemia caused by anti-psychotic drugs as aripiprazole,while the rate of adverse reaction is also low.It is worthy of clinical application.
