摘要
通过考察脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO_9)对细菌生长、溶浸液与矿物表面的接触角以及金属浸出率的影响,研究AEO_9对钴矿物生物浸出过程的影响。研究结果表明,添加低浓度的AEO_9对细菌的生长没有影响,但浓度过高会抑制细菌生长;添加AEO_9后,可显著减小溶液与钴矿物的接触角,溶液对矿物表面的润湿作用随AEO_9质量浓度的增加而增强;添加AEO_9能够促进钴矿物的氧化溶解,提高金属浸出率,当质量浓度为0. 40 g/L时催化效果最佳,钴浸出率可提高19. 3%,铜浸出率可提高24. 3%。
The effects of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether (AEO9) on the bioleaching process of cobalt minerals were investigated on bacterial growth, contact angle of leaching solution with mineral surface and metal leaching rate. The results indicated that there was not negative effect on the growth of bacteria when the appropriate concentration of AEO9 was added, and the concentration was too high to inhibit the growth of bacteria. After adding AEO9 the contact angle of the solution and cobalt minerals was significantly decreased, the wetting effect of the solution on the mineral surface increased with the increase in mass concentration of AEO9.The wet effect increased with the increase of AEO9 concentration;the addition of AEO9 could promote the oxidative dissolution between cobalt minerals and increase the metal leaching rate. When the mass concentration is 0.40 g/L, the catalytic effect is best, the cobalt leaching rate can be increased by 19.3%,the copper leaching rate can be increased by 24.3%.
