摘要
盘区矿柱在深部开采过程中起到非常重要的支撑作用,在研究盘区矿柱失稳问题时,为保证回采作业安全,确定合理的盘区矿柱宽度具有重要意义。根据深部大跨度采场的岩梁—狭窄盘区矿柱建立了简化力学模型,利用能量突变分析法,导出盘区矿柱的失稳判据为:ΔΠ> 0时,盘区矿柱处于失稳态;ΔΠ=0时,盘区矿柱处于失稳和稳定态的临界点;ΔΠ不存在时,盘区矿柱处于稳定态。将该判据应用于某铜矿,得到盘区矿柱的安全宽度为31 m。数值模拟及现场位移监测综合分析结果表明,盘区矿柱宽度为31 m时,满足深部开采的安全稳定性要求。
Panel pillars play a very important supporting role in deep mining. In order to ensure the safety of mining operation, studying the instability and defining the reasonable pillar width of the panel pillar is of great significance A simplified mechanics is established according to the rock beam-narrow panel pillar in deep super long span stope . The instability criterion of the ore pillar was calculated by using Energy Mutation Analysis method, and the result indicated that: when ΔΠ>0, the panel pillars were in the unstable state;when ΔΠ=0, the panel pillars were at a critical point of instability and stability;when ΔΠ was non-existent, the panel pillars were stable. This model was applied in a copper mine and the safe width of the panel pillar was calculated to be 31 m. According to the analysis of numerical simulation and actual displacement monitoring, the results indicated that it met the requirement of safety and stability of deep mining when the width of the pillar was 31 m. The results revealed that it met the requirement of safety and stability of deep mine when the width of pillar was 31 m.
