摘要
利用山丹历史灾害数据、气象资料和GIS系统,根据气象灾害风险评估方法和原理,综合考虑致灾因子、孕灾环境、承灾体和防灾减灾能力,确立了山丹县干旱、暴雨、大风、低温冻害等12种气象灾害风险区划,提出了气象灾害防御区分区,对提升气象防灾减灾综合能力和应对气候变化能力,最大限度地减少气象灾害造成的损失具有重要的现实意义。
Using the historical disaster data and meteorological data in Shandan and GIS system, according to the meteorological disaster risk assessment method and principle, considering the disaster-causing factors, the environment pregnant with disasters, hazard bearing body and disaster prevention and mitigation capacity, 12 kinds of meteorological disaster risk zones such as drought, rainstorm, strong wind, low temperature and freezing injury were established, and the protection zones for meteorological disasters were put forward, in order to improve the comprehensive ability of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation and the ability to cope with climate change, and minimize the losses caused by meteorological disasters.
