摘要
孪生式可调倍数瞬动脱扣器是塑壳断路器的一种脱扣器。受电流和电磁力的关系影响,瞬动脱扣器无法设计成大范围倍数可调,但使用孪生式方法可以解决问题。介绍了孪生式可调倍数瞬动脱扣器的设计,提出孪生式瞬动脱扣器中高倍数瞬动脱扣器可以使用传统的设计,低倍数瞬动脱扣器需重新调低瞬动倍数。孪生式可调倍数瞬动脱扣器已通过全部试验,可投入实际应用。
The twinning adjustable multiple instantaneous tripper is a tripping device.Due to the influence of current and electromagnetic force,the instantaneous tripper can not be designed to be adjustable in a large range,but this problem can be solved by twinning methods.In the twinning instantaneous tripper,the high multiple instantaneous tripper can use the traditional design,and the low multiple instantaneous tripper needs to be redesigned to reduce the multiple.The twinning adjustable multiple instantaneous trippers have passed all the tests,and can be put into practical application.
