Multi-objective Optimization Algorithm for Improved Central Algorithm

在中心法算法基础上改进优化函数,对多目标问题的最优解进行探讨.由于在实际应用中,有多个目标且每个目标的重要程度不同,可以给一个权系数表示该函数对决策所起的作用,通过将权系数限制在不同的范围内,探讨单目标问题的最优解与原多目标问题的最优解的关系,讨论算法的可行性和收敛性,证明了单目标问题的最优解一定是原多目标问题的有效解(弱有效解).

The optimization function was improved on the central method algorithm,and the optimal solution of the multiobjective problem was discussed.Since there are multiple targets in the actual application and the importance degree of each target is different,a weight coefficient can be expressed to represent the pair of functions.By limiting the weight coefficient to different ranges,the relationship between the optimal solution of the single-objective problem and the optimal solution of the original multi-objective problem was discussed,and the feasibility and convergence of the algorithm were discussed.It was proved that the optimal solution of the single-objective problem must be the effective solution(weak efficient solution)of the original multi-objective problem.
